Stacey did a fantastic job finding us our new home last year during a crazy time in real estate. She helped us find our home on the first showing of the day of multiple showings and my 6am the next day our offer was accepted. She helped us buy our current home and sell our condo for top dollar after multiple offers and both deals closed incredibly quickly. When you are buying or selling a home in this crazy market you need someone that is experienced,knowledgeable and a tough negotiator that has first hand experience navigating you though all the difficulties this current market holds. Stacey was wonderful to work with! She helped our family both sell our first home and buy our dream home, in a very tough and competitive market. For selling she offered a staging consultant who was super helpful and offered candid advise- but Stacey listed and sold our home at a price point we never thought we’d get. On the buying end, Stacey was very responsive, listened to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to find the perfect home for our family! I highly recommend her and would use her again if we needed to buy/sell a home!

Stacey was great! She was very patient with us in this crazy market. We made offers on multiple houses and Stacey even wrote a few of offers while she was on vacation. Stacey was amazing to work with! She was very responsive to our continual barrage of questions. It didn't matter what time of day we contacted her, she got back to us immediately. She helped my husband and I narrow down our wants/needs and reach a consensus regarding what was important to us both. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable through the whole process.
