Billy did an incredible job helping us with our home purchase! He responded to 10pm texts on a Saturday night, never missed an appointment, and is still making sure we have all of our questions answered even 2 months after closing. Offers were written the same day and we got our house under asking price in an area that is uncommon for that to happen in. He even managed to negotiate something I was sure the sellers would not agree to. I work for a mortgage lender dealing with buyers and realtors daily and have never had the pleasure of working with a realtor this hard working or skillful.
