Avery reached out to me as soon as she was assigned to find out what I was looking for in a home and start our search. Avery was always available to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. Any house that I showed interest in Avery was on the ball with getting us set up to go see it within that same day or the next day. My husband and I were connected with Avery through our mortgage lender when we began searching for a home is this aggressively competitive market – and man did we luck out! From the moment we began communications with her, Avery lent herself to be a straightforward, honest realtor, which was something we were looking for as first-time home buyers. She made us aware of the pros and cons of each property we saw based on the listings, and shared her critiques and opinions with us as we toured each home. These assessments ultimately led us to submit strong, yet reasonable offers – with our final offer on the home we ended up purchasing being exactly what the home appraised for! Avery was also a fantastic communicator. She made herself readily available via text or phone call at most times throughout the day, and she sought answers to our questions from the seller’s realtor in a timely manner. Furthermore, when we put an offer on the first home we were interested in, Avery went through all of the paperwork with us in grave detail (page by page), and regularly checked in to ensure we were understanding everything contained within it. Again, this was extremely helpful as first-time home buyers, and we learned a lot through the process which ultimately made us much more confidant in our decision to proceed with a purchase. Lastly, Avery provided us with fantastic recommendations for both a reputable title company and home inspector. Tis made the entire process smoother and easier on our end! Overall, I cannot thank Avery enough for everything she did to make this home buying process easy and exciting for my husband and I, and without hesitation, we would recommend her to anyone purchasing a home! Note: When we closed and went for the final walkthrough, she surprised us with a gift basket containing champagne and get this: An outfit for our newborn daughter (who was born 1 week prior to closing) that she customized using her cricket. How thoughtful and personal is that?! We will miss working with her.
